February-Dec, 2026

Join me in going deeper

In February, I'm starting an 11-month group mentoring journey.

We begin with an Opening Retreat on Saturday, Feb 7, from 1-3pm ET on Zoom. We will then meet month for group mentoring in a group of 15-20 people.

We meet on Mondays from 12pm to 1:30pm ET on these 11 dates:

Feb 23, March 23, April 27, May 18, June 15, July 20, Aug 10, Sept 21, Oct 19, Nov 16, Dec 14.

Opening Retreat:
The purpose of the opening retreat is to deepen our practice through meditation, somatic, embodied practice, and inquiries with other participants, and also to have a space to ask questions and engage in discussion. This will support building the community that will carry us through our 11-month mentoring journey.
Priority will be given to those who can attend the opening retreat on Feb 7.

The structure of the 90-minute monthly mentoring calls:
We will begin with a short meditation, followed by brief check ins and some mindful movement. Then 2 people will each have a 15-minute sessions, a ‘focus session,’ in which they present a question or issue that they would like support on. Everyone else practices mindful listening during this time. (During the course of the 11 mentoring calls, each participant will have the chance to sign up for one 15 min focus session dedicated to you individually, where you can ask questions or request a specific guided practice, and share your discoveries or challenges, if you would like.) After the 2 focus session, the remainder of the time is for questions, reflections, and discussion in the larger group that any one is welcome to bring or initiate.

There is also the option to sign up to meet outside of the mentoring calls with a practice partner(s) on a monthly basis. Kaira Jewel will offer clear guidelines for these meetings. The purpose is to support the deepening of your daily mindfulness practice and the continuity of community in between our monthly group Zoom calls.

Some reflections from past participants in the program:

“Kaira Jewel's mentorship gave us an opportunity, not just to practice mindfulness, but also to grow as we listened and shared and offered kindness to each other. Each session felt like an opportunity to reset and remember to come home to ourselves, no matter the circumstances. Also, to know that we're not alone.”

“Kaira Jewel is wise, compassionate and discerning. It was a privilege to have her listen and respond to my personal question. She gave me insightful recommendations, but also directed me to a therapy opportunity that I wouldn’t have found on my own. I will always be grateful for the opportunity to be mentored by her.”

“We are alive in challenging times - both personal and global. Handling complexity skillfully is a tool to learn and practice with through Kaira Jewel's delicate, compassion-based mentor program. I deeply value the time I've spent in community with Kaira Jewel and my mentoring sangha.”

"In times of personal crisis, I could really tap into the teachings and this community has been in my heart, this whole year."

"I gained lots of strength and solidity from this group in the midst of lots of difficulty."

"I have loved the pace of the group, it has helped me experience spiritual community for the first time. Thank you for bringing us together. It has been a joy. Each time, I was looking forward to it."

"Above all I feel interconnectedness and a real sense of common humanity."

"I feel warmed in my heart, I feel like Thay (Thich Nhat Hanh) has been with us in this practice. You have brought his teachings to us in a way that resonates for me and feels supportive. Holding this community the way you have, each of us can be at a heartbreaking place for us to grow."

"This has been so incredible, it would be hard for me to imagine that each of the other participants' questions could resonate so much with me. You have extended Thay’s legacy in a way that I couldn’t have imagined. It resonates so deeply with me. I appreciate how you have been able to hold this space, how you have held my questions and others as well."

"I’m so grateful for this space and how safe it is, how everyone has been able to share from their hearts. It allowed me to show up in a way, to be authentic and vulnerable. That I could show up on my messy days, however I was. There aren’t many spaces in my world where I can just be and feel the love and the care. And be held. The collective wisdom of our group has been extraordinary."
