Drawing on her 15 years living as a nun with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and the monastic community, as well as the transition back to lay life two years ago, Kaira Jewel will explore how living deeply in the present allows us to heal wounds from our past, not only in ourselves but also in our ancestors. And how the best way to prepare well for the future is to take good care of this moment, right here and now.
